Takes some adjusting not having a doG. Spent the weekend deep cleaning everything. Trying to remove anything that reminds me of her. Our lives were so intertwined. Although its painful there is an increased sense of freedom. Anyone felt this?
I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my two dachshunds 8 days apart in December. It is so quiet in the house now. I miss them terribly. I get the feeling of freedom. I'm not barked awake at 6:30 every morning. But I am so lonely and lost without them. I also spent today cleaning. Those little girls could shed like rock stars! I can't imagine living the rest of my life without dogs, but can't imagine going through this heartache ever again.
