I am of the opinion we should focus on the why they felt compelled to come up with such nonsense. I feel strongly the purpose is to fuel an agenda that has yet to be revealed.
These numbers are ridiculous. In my state, I see 22.68 quite frequently across multiple counties which I find to be very odd. Also, I know from living here, it's much higher.
Every state should have a site like this or at least very similar. You can check your state/county numbers against the graphic if you are so inclined.
