🤔The chicken egg is the best and one of the only sources of albumin. Humans require albumin to maintain water balance especially in the abdominal cavity, and more. Low albumin will lead to death. Manufactured albumin is not the same. People with existing liver issues, ie. fatty liver (main cause >our diet...think "food pyramid) are more susceptible to "albumin issues". The nutrition war" began long ago. Sugar is key to the decline in our nation's overall health. HFCS. Corn. Soy. Dyes. Additives including human by products . Some people are sensitive to albumin where it's not digested and goes into the blood, causing urticaria or hives.
Eggs used to cultivate #vaccines can cause egg allergy.
The influenza vaccine is grown in an allantoic fluid in embryonated chicken eggs. The vaccine contains measurable quantities of egg proteins that vary broadly from 0.2 to 42 µg/mL [34]. In theory, the influenza vaccine may result in systemic reactions when injected into egg-allergic patients.
