Excellent question.
I live in a Farm area with TONS of Farm stands.
I've visited the several farms where I buy my eggs.
I see the chickens running free
& know the farmers who love their hens.
So I'm lucky.
I would QUESTION EVERY SINGLE FOOD ITEM
the demons have their hands on
which is MOST of the food supply
since MOST people eat from packages, boxes,
cans, cartons, fast foods, etc.
If it's a supermarket egg, I'd be concerned 🙏
Rule of thumb for me:
Instead of potato chips from a bag
I'll eat a baked potato 💞🥔

I am fortunate my diet is fresh vegies fruits no box stuff threw away the mayonaise when I saw the engineered product on the label. I used to love eggs but they upset me now. Seeing all the info about egg farms, purina feed etc is sickening. But like you there are ways around the evil for all.
