This comes after the Project Veritas video goes viral, where the Pfizer Director of R&D admitted to exploring “mutating Viruses” & releasing it upon the public, and then sell the vaccine for their own mutation.

I get it, but executive orders were issued for National Security and Global Emergency for Operation Warp Speed that may well nullify any and every claim individuals might''ve had for harms they've suffered. If all those steps weren't taken, would the same result have happened?
I doubt it.
Remember the daily presidential briefings and the special measures enacted? All of those things gave immunity to the vax makers.
