what,so they can tax you ?? i had to register with county my septic tank and how often i empty it , now i have to pay a yearly tax on it !!!!!!

And the BS rules and regulations will keep growing while your garden will produce less and less.
USDA comes up with new rules and regulations at their whim... none to our benefit. When the government says they are here to help, Run in the other direction.
