I used to take a shit load of vit C a day in suppliments.
Now I grow my own strawberries and freeze them and have about 40 to 60oz of them . I grab a flavored unsweetened seltzer with 0 calories, ice and berries, blend and freeze.
I have lost 50 lbs in 2022 doing this.
Keeps me full during the day.
