I send out love bombs to the people I love and to humanity two or three times a day. I always feel better and uplifted after I do so.

The problem we have been told, is that not enough are awake.
The best thing I can tell you is practice love when you are in your daily life. Love your neighbors, but also learn to love your enemies. It will affect the immediate area you are experiencing. A time will come in which everything will change and we will all feel it. the energy will feel lighter and there will be less stress.
