Bill Gates has come out admitting he's doing at least some of the spraying, supposedly to combat "Global Warming" by dimming the sunlight that reaches the ground (a whole other destructive-to-life subject). But unless he had the help of the FedGov in the past, it's not all him. Over 10 yrs ago I watched a military jet write a white "J" in the sky with the chemtrail it was laying as it finished emptying its load right after it turned back toward base (I assume) with no trail following it. Contrails don't persist or stop suddenly.
