Indeed. It is a 100%, 24/7 police surveillance state based on your Q phone and any cash you are carrying. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing, only when the police are actually the criminals!
Not so sure a police state is good, no matter who controls it. I cant imagine many would like to live in a control grid. I dont like it.

I agree, but I see no alternative. If we wish to prevent the criminals we have removed being replaced by new ones, surveillance is essential, including honest actions being taken on the results of that surveillance. I don't mind who is in control. It can be God, the QFS, a benign group of aliens or the White hat military. The main criterion is that laws are fair and fairly applied for the benefit of all. I suppose there is an alternative, that the surveillance chips in our brains, phones or money are programmed to prevent us breaking the law! I am playing devil's advocate, but the surveillance is not the problem. The past use of surveillance data (often only) for nefarious purposes is the problem. We need to be able to trust "God" and obey him, even if he is a massive computer. The fear of instant "divine" retribution will have to keep us all in check. There is no freedom if we are free to cause harm to others.
