I walked through this 2 weeks ago and countered it with God’s Word, extra sleep and study, combined with fresh air and walking... decluttering my home - divesting myself of all that hindered my time. Set to cleaning the house in all areas and made a daily joy of taking my dog off the farm and into the streets with me to watch his wonder. He's never left the farm.

It's in these strange times that God sticks to us even closer. He's taking you through this by His right hand and telling you it's all GOOD. Go rest and find something else to do that's JUST FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT and no others.

We woman spend our lives caring for others and family and neglect our own needs. Remember to say no often.... as necessary, and make your time, YOURS. ❤
