for eg. Susan Sarandon bought a vineyard across the bay from my Dad in the Bay of Islands [not sure if she still owns it though]. James Cameron bought 15 hectares of land.

yellowstone area is a spot as well. we have hears the stories forever about a suitcase nuke setting off yellowstone and starting the hunger games basiclaly. thing is they could just tell us a story on the news. sterilze anyone close enough to know its a lie and use the volcano to power whatever they need for a long time. the names who bought up all that land are big names.
