frenz - I need a miracle and some prayers. my landlord is selling this house and wanted me out by Friday the 20th. I have not found someplace to move to yet. I need to rent a room vs an apartment but have come up with nothing for an entire month. most of what i'm coming up with are scams that want all your info before they will show the home. please send love and light my way:(. I know miracles can happen fast but I'm in terrible shape right now. Thank you in advance

sorry i misread your msg. i have been unemployed since last august (knee filled with fluid and could not perform my job since it required walking 4-5 miles a day) and have been on unemployment. i have 2 dif offers, both remote, and just starting so not sure if they will work out or if they're real. i have an exam end of feb that im scheduled to take for emergency dispacth for the county. i had enough saved to make a move but will need to get immediate income generating

well there are some positives.emergency dispatch Is a decent job…is there anyway the homeowner will give you extra time maybe if you pay extra? Are you supposed to be out by tomorrow?

he closes on the 30th on this house. he asked me to be out by the 20th. we've had a very good working relationship and ive been doing all i can to be respectful of his ask. at best a day or two but i'm hoping i don't have to somehow. i think i can get a place in philly worked through. i don't want to go into philly though (im a country girl and really do not like cities at all). if i get the dispatch position i will have to relocate again which would be early march but a little easier to deal with knowing income, job security etc. i had hopes of finding someplace to live that was affordable in that area but i have not been able to. but if that works out, i will be secure for a long time. i sure would welcome some stability! thank you for all the support

that would be awesome. im not stuck on being in this area but def don't want to go to philly. it's all i can come up with though. there's so many unknown's in my life and it's wearing. the dispatch position is an unknown too. it will be a difficult commute from philly as well. it's been a very long time, and the main thing im looking for is to get to a stable point somehow. if you want my phone # or email i can dm you or vice versa. im very grateful for any assistance you can give or advice you can offer. thank you

If you have any suggestions I would appreciate them. If you have any friends in the area that are willing to rent a room I would pursue it. Im very nervous about this level of rent. I have 2 dif remote jobs. One is questionable. The other I haven't started yet. If it turns out to be real that level of rent won't be a problem. But if I have to get a job at a store or manufacturing facility I won't be able to afford it. My landlord is letting me stay until Tuesday so I have a few days. I haven't signed a lease yet and can get my deposit back.
