Colloidal silver liquid 3tsp in a nebulizer worked for my husband
..just to add to that, if you do not have a 'nebulizer'..you can use a diffuser or a facial steamer you might already have on hand...or even steam by adding the silver to distilled water and use a pot on the stove with a towel over the head.
