I can testify to proper diet and exercise working to lower blood pressure.
When i follow my own advice i can cut my blood pressure and acid reflux meds right out.
I am pretty tuned into my blood pressure, i can tell you my range without any testing, i have shocked doctors and nurses by telling them what range my BP is in.
