Correct and it works both ways: faith and deeds and deeds and faith; otherwise one is blind or foolish.
Meaning the deeds are done for a self serving purpose, or there is not weight or driving force behind them.
That's not to say one must believe in some form of religion or philosophy for faith and deeds to work; rather it's intent, trust, or whatever you call it; you could also say vibes
