At this moment,
In this day.
I would like to take the opportunity to look at
the good things in the world.
If only for a brief moment,
I would like to leave the ugliness behind,
I am not who I once was,
nor will I be the same tomorrow.
But for this beautiful moment, I am grateful to be alive.
I will never give up hope, or optimism, nor will I give in to hatred.
