What is this new lil target-lookin icon under posts and whats it do?
And also, is there a way to share a post with our own thoughts? I have copied the link and just reposted that with my own comments, but is there a better way? Can anyone help me out???

Thats the button used to report "indecent" material (porn, or something you feel should be band). You can report a post or block a person by using the button.
place your curser over it and you can read what it does
