If they are already in the air they can complete their flight no new takeoffs from what I understand
you can listen to air traffic control to different cities. listening doesn't sound like that

Listening to Dallas and they are telling them to ground. All the pilots are asking why? Asking if it is overseas too. Tower said, "Yes." Then, the Tower indicated that there is no Official Word. The FAA will not answer them back.
