Has been very active lately..
Went up three times on Jan 6th and flew over the Potomac River area..
At 7:58 for 6 minutes..
At 9:00AM to 9:55AM..for 55 minutes
5:5 and QPost#55 "my fellow americans....."
At 10:51 for 11 minutes...

Looks like the pilot was trying to fly pattern write the initials: J F K
....the J and F seem clear; but, the k is questionable.
