I just found this today and learned that Star Anise apparently is able to "crack" the spike protein. When my mom and I had C19, I had a large bag of organic Star Anise and had no idea it could have helped. It would have been really nice to know about these things (many of which were on hand) at the time.
This article clearly explains the different treatments for the 2 phases of C19. I wish I had known everything then that I know now...
