What courts? What authority does the Supreme Court have? Isn't bench legislation a violation of their constitutional mandate (ACA)? What about refusal to hear a case on interstate aggression (Texas 2020 Election)? They have already made their decision (or had it made for them). Are we forgetting the bipedal vaginal construct incapable of defining XX chromosome assemblages?
