He did addressed, was like a "loser speech". But t's hard to know what is really going on, IMO is not over and the "loser" and even maybe the traitors are just a psyop to the enemies get more comfortable. What I know in my heart is that don't matter how bad things look, WE ARE GOING TO WIN!!
