One thing that stood out to me was he emphasizes needing to align ourselves with the field in order to be connected to it. It sounded to me like our Heart is the key that unlocks that door. So by vibing high and listening to what our hearts are telling us to do, we can connect to that field

Yes, you put your hand on your heart when saying a heartfelt prayer to bring your desire quickly aka manifest it. Jesus CHrist came to teach us these secrets. Why they killed him. To shut him up from showing us how to escape the matrix of suffering, pain, despair, etc.
And, how we can make things better for other beings.....humans, doggies!, other animals, plants, trees, earth, etc..
