I took half a dose orally last night to avoid herxing but my skin was better this morning. Have been fighting eczema for almost a year now, spurts of it getting better to only get worse everytime I went somewhere.... have a feeling it's from being near people who are shedding. Not sure what they are shedding but my body sure doesn't like it.
