It looks like Med Bed arrives in the second half of January 2023, but in case of great urgency maybe sooner…
Starting October 30th (during the transition period) the US and some other countries will be under martial law.
Martial law status must have clear lines of authority and decision making during the period when the United States Corporation officially ends, which will require new elections in accordance with the United States Constitution.

For the last 6 months and still ongoing, my local hospital has been having major building works done, i really hope it's all for med beds!
