Todays Task: Pick up the phone and call someone you haven't spoke to in over a year.
I picked an Uncle. To be honest, it was very nice to hear his voice but I picked him because I knew he wouldn't have me on the call for too long. (kinda cheated)
I realized I have spoken to most of my contacts this past year when my Dad passed and I also was shocked to see how many on my contact list have passed.
This was a thoughtful exercise, thanks VK. I pushed it forward and challenged my Uncle to do the same.
