Some may not understand the strength it takes to function in this world as an Empath. Sometimes its strength for the one you are with, and sometimes its the strength to continue to be open, to those around you. Over the years Ive had to learn that meditation has been the key to being internally stable as an empath. As oppossed to being anti-social out of pure survival.
Empathy is a gift, but unmanaged can be a curse. Take care of yourself.

That's an interesting question. Im sure there are plenty of methods out there to achieve something positive out of meditation. However I can share with you a few things that I personally work through.
Be Silent. Find Silence. Being still and moderate your breathing. Use your breathing as a way to revitalize yourself. Dont just do it because its on auto. realize what it is you are doing. and breathe evenly.
after an extended time in this place, amazing things can happen. Choose to feel rejuvinated. Be refreshed. This is the place of prayer. The place of pure potentiality.😉
