Was just reading an article that suggests that beginning Jan 1, 2023 some Teslas will qualify. However there are manufacturing guidelines and battery component guidelines which make this much more complex than Elon Musk's chart that I used.

If you can send charging wirelessly, I think EV's will improve greatly.
