Each justice has had the info since Oct to study for discussion on 1/6/23. They also can meet at anytime in secret if they choose. It takes only 4 to vote for to move it to the next step unless they choose to clean it all up immediately, which they can. And I don't believe they ever found THE LEAKER, so there's that... In other words, anything can happen at any time :)
