Full term preganancy is calculated in weeks 41 weeks for full term, more precisely, 280 days - this date would be June 17th based on a pregnancy date of September 11th. However, a true conception date is based on the gestational/birth date of the baby. So Phae's assertion seems to me to be a very plausible question.
