Rule 11 was removed though once the 10th circuit quit sitting on the case (in hopes to keep it going to SC). So SC advised the Brunson's how to preceed, removing Rule 11 from the document (as it was no longer needed).

I meant 10th circuit was trying to keep it FROM going to SC. Didn't work out for them. Most interesting to me is the SC was advising the Brunsons how to proceed and even asking them how soon they could get the revised document to them. This makes it seem to me that SC really wants to see this case move forward. But who knows...they get threatened so they may not choose to hear it (on Jan 6) and if they do....well who knows. We've not seen the greatest track records there. Though ruling on Roe v Wade was a big FU to the globalists.
