"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28

Our Father which art in heaven,

Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come.

Thy will be done.

In earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses,

as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation;

but deliver us from the evil one:

Amen.

I am up in Canada. Yesterday, 2022-12-30, the male Cardinal who visits my backyard for peanuts (he comes when I do my best version of his call) was singing his mating song. UNHEARD OF!

Cardinals are almost virtually silent during the winter months - they don’t sing their mating song until they SENSE the change from Winter to Spring, which in Canada is normally the end of March, beginning of April!

This is my long way of saying that I agree. All signs are pointing to a VERY early Spring. 😀

I use Robins. When they show up in the spring and fall. They flew south earlier than usual this year. Usually mid Feb. they fly through this eastern side of North Carolina heading north. Let's see when they fly through North Carolina this year.
