The money part does not surprise me. If you all take time to look into a lot of police activity when they prepare to arrest people who might not be charged or their charges removed they take their money and enter it in as evidence along with anything else they want to take. Doesn't matter if it was part of the crime or not. Those people NEVER get their money back. So where does the money go? I can only guess but I'm sure my guess is spot on. The police work for the United Nations it is the UN's rules they function under whereas the Sheriff works for you.
