What could there be up there that an astronaut "has never seen before"? What was different about stepping out the door this time, it is routine for astronauts to have space walks or be out in space to fix components, etc...
She happens to be on a mission that was notoriously affected by UFOs, according to the first video even NASA acknowledged this fact...then she comes to earth and says something that very clearly references these events, and just happens to suddenly faint... TWICE.

While I understand the intent...They did not travel to the moon in this. This was attached to the capsule that they traveled to the moon in. They entered this while a few hundred miles above the moon and descended to the surface in it ...... SUPPOSEDLY.
