Got a bug of some kind Nana. Havent felt like spending much time online. Think I caught it ftom my Mom when I took her some cold/flu supplements. mostly in bronchioles & laryngitis happens mist the time. Serious effort to not talk because last time i had it answering people stressed my VC out till I had an Ambilance /ER visit because of VCD. thought i was dying. most terrifying thing i have ever had. sleeping mostly.
Prayers for a quick recovery. Stay hydrated. I drank a lot of tea and honey...maybe try a hot toddy...also have seen some people have great luck with oil of basil(if you want to research that)
