Most everyone has moments of feeling uneasy to some degree, the best thing as you say at those time Nana thinks is Love the most power tool we all have.

It helps me in times of high stress to feel directly to God because He is always there and His love and peace of heart is always there for me too.

I was told by a pretty smart person once that when ppl are intensely stressed the best thing to have them do is picture a stop sign in your mind and count to 10 out loud. What it does is takes your mind and body to another place long enough for the adrenaline levels to lower.

Seems it may well be your beautiful pic is your stop sign.
