Good reply, the last time I checked the CBDC sytem will be a dual block(blochsphere)chain distributed ledger combined with quantum trapped ion qubit encryption.
Boris talked about blockchain and FINTEC. Boris was told what to talk about. In fact, I don't think Boris has been around for a long time. Like many other dubious figures, he appears to have been cgi, pre-recorded and photoshopped, mask wearing. All I have seen for a long time shows photoshopped videos and photos where his head has been 'stitched' on. Same with Rishi, the pic where he went to Bucks Palace to not-king Charles was also faked. I think they were all arrestd long ago. The ~RV #GCR#GOLD or silver backed is what we will end up with.
