Kirks sharing the Brunson case has lack of standing, the case is not being served to the proper place, the Brunson case is to go to the Legislative branch of government.

Elections are political and may only be adjudicated in THE LEGISLATURE not in any US court as they have no subject matter jurisdiction.

Saw reference to this before which for me begged the question why the SC clerk pushed for Brunson to lodge the case twice (reported)?
it's all getting so confusing lol.

Kirk sharing to waste time and to not honour the case as its not sent to the right place, petitions are to be sent to congress as the judicial branch does not have jurisdiction over political matters?
