I live near this area, and I don’t mean to put a damper on the parade lol but Amish are just like anyone else. Many of them are in it for the money and their practices are not what you think. My mom visited many farms that said they sold raw milk, but they were not being honest when she examined. Many of them are into pesticides, very cruel to their animals, etc. I have witnessed them shopping at Costco and repackaging food as “amish”— the point being, just like any other person, we need to do our homework—
I am NOT saying that they are all like this, of course they are not— but again, they are just like anyone else- some wonderful, some less than honest.
