The Mississippi has dried up. I guess no more submarines full of children. Are those cities that take advantage of the rivers and tributaries of the Mississippi all blue/d.s. held cities?

Next to the proposed California rail project which runs through all the forest fire swaths over the past years, the Mississippi River may be the longest north to south transport water path through the U.S.
