Governments are forcing polices on Sovereign people with no contracts to commerce with government or corporations.
Example speeding ticket not working, not "On the clock"
There is no victim or crime, its human trafficking CHARGING (banking term) for CHARGING one for speeding, thus government is human trafficking, for profit, revenue generation, foreign emoluments, treason...
