Funny, my son and I were just talking to a local business owner from this country. He was so nice to us and he went on and on about what I should do to prepare hummus. He was making me hungry just listening to him. My son asked me to meet him there for breakfast and it was great supporting a local business in this economy. I love learning about other cultures and wish so much to be able to travel around again in peace . . . building and repairing bridges amongst humanity. That is the dream that gets me through every day.
