Good advice although who cares about the maturity part :)
It's so easy to create a false narrative in our minds...especially on Social Media because we are interpreting (literally) everything from a short post and from our own perspective....which may not be true.
Mature people don't "build narratives".
Yet he's giving us advice on how to do this and implies and narrative building is innevitable and should be done with "maturity"
