Tore mine off a big toe about a month ago, caught it with a towel somehow, keeping em even tighter now, hurt like a mofo, taped it for a day before id deal with it.

Years ago I tore my big toenail off moving my couch while cleaning. It hurt so bad. Made the mistake of running it under cold water. I don't recommend that. lol
