Reposting this because I'm still curious as to why a plane would be over Disneyland which is a no fly zone belown 3000' and the plane was at 1100'. Also, no marker info.

Choppers fly low over the parks all the time!
On this website, the helicopters are shaped as such as are planes. But I'm not an expert, and this was was missing the signature, which was why I was wondering. The circling made me think helicopter, but it appears to be designated as a plane.
