Been studying this all year. In August, ditched the sugar, wheat, grains, synthetic lab created anything ingredients. We need a clean grocery chain. Anyone in here have grocery management experience? Anyone know how we could get wheat as God made it back to the Western market? I understand in the US, our wheat is supercharged with gluten/gliadin parts. I read this inflames the tube, affects everyone differently.

Ur right. And it IS hard for me. Both the knowlege and the diet. Fasting i must pass on. Lucky to have my weight back after the illness in April and May. Between meals i call fasting tho...hopefully that counts for something. 🤍🏁

A little reminder, when you're sick, you're fasting. This removes the toxins in your body. So, fasting one day isn't so bad. When I get sick, I am not hungry. Drink water thou.

The problem with eating right tho is getting good food.
No one really has access year round to clean food now. Even things we see that are advertised as Natural and Clean most of the time are still NOT.
We need this industry cleaned up fast, ppl living this slave life right now barely surviving each day with their head above water fight the battle of falling off the cliff to homelessness and hunger for their children already. Eating clean takes much time and usually a lot more $$s.
We need to fix this fast!

A ton of the health issues go away with the disappearance of all the shit food they offer in stores. The bigger problem I think is getting the shit out of and off of the "Good" foods that are grown.
I fight the Judicial arm of the British Crown & lose Every-time, but I keep fighting w/o a law degree cause I know.
Not easy & 100% agree. we feel the pain too.
For decades, source my food, "cook Sunday meals" usually seven days a week, or heat up big crock pots of clean food....and not I nor this dude have any kind of a weight problem. YEP clean food matters.
I will eat some snacks, and cookies, etc. but source those to the best of my ability.

Good following morning. The Christmas Tree Farm, a son, 2 baby goats, 4 adult goats, 9 chickens, 2 dogs, and a cat have me hustling. Tomorrow is the last day of the tree farm gig though and I look very forward to getting back into my flow.
