She's right, the affects demons that won't leave.
Sadly, some survivors become perpetrators. Some repeat the trauma in & of themselves, fantasy porn, whatever.
Some turn to chemicals for solace, more demons there.
It's all connected.
Trauma, any trauma, takes a person away from themselves.
Everything is personal, so each situation is different.
Again, she's right, open dialogue is a beginning.

I don’t think it’s a matter of women getting past it, it’s just women ‘function’ broken regularly. Male psyche doesn’t have a broken facet. It is what it is.
