Hi VK! My sweet neighbors invited my hubby over for dinner a few times while I was in L.A. while dad's in the hospital post surgery. I am home for a couple of days, so had them over for dinner tonight to say thank you and I made Kentucky Hot Brown Sliders, Peach Bourbon Baked Beans and Spicy Peach Margaritas with Tajin on the rim. Not a big drinker, but these peachy delights were delicious and I'm on#4. Maybe I will finally sleep tonight! 😂😂😂 Cheers!

It's super easy because I use this as the base. 😂 I just pour into a pitcher and add a few sliced jalapenos then let steep overnight and stir or skip that step if you don't like super spicy. Rub a lime slice on the rim and roll in spicy Tajin.

Yep, I add the seeds. I strain it though when I pour it in the glass. I have seen some other more complicated recipes online, I'm just too exhausted right now wirh everything going on so this was a good shortcut. They also make other flavors like mango and watermelon. :)
