My wife hasn’t slept all night. Her legs are aching to the point where she can’t sleep. We don’t know what’s wrong. She’s unvaxxed — of course.

Could be onset of peripheral neuropathy (with or w/ o diabetes).
Having tried a slew of meds, I suggest refraining from the GABA family of drugs (ie: Gabapentin) but Ive yet to find the right one. BACLOFEN seems to ease things enough to get a couple hrs of sleep when conditions aren’t as active, an alternative to Baclofen is Flexeril but should not used long term, neither are controled/ scheduled drugs.
I should haved prefaced these suggestions with the fact that I don’t like drugs that make me loopy (ie: GABA drugs)
OTC Suggestion:
If flair-ups include painful, red-hot/icy-cold , numbing, creepy-crawlies on feet too, get a pair of Walgreen’s “gel slip-on slippers”, and keep in frige or nuked for a few seconds.
OTC Suggestion:
Drink tonic water
OTC’s are not enough to remedy the issue but may pain until seen by dr.
